Referral Program

How can I participate in the Referral Program?

If you have previously had a Hart Photography photo session and have given Hart Photography a 5 Star Rating (we want to work with those that love our work) on the Hart Photography Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/HartPhotography.Net) page and state why you believe our work deserves 5 stars, then you qualify to be a Referee (person making the referral) and earn account credit. You must fill out the Referral form prior to the person or company you are referring contacting and/or scheduling with Hart Photography.

What do Hart Photography current and former customers get for referring friends and family to Hart Photography?

Referees (person making the referral) will receive a $55 account credit for each referral (up to $220 referral rewards per calendar year) when successfully referring a paying client who purchases and pays for a Basic Package (Value $450.) or a package of greater value. 

What do Hart Photography former customers get for referring friends and family to Hart Photography?

Referees (person making the referral) will receive a $55 account credit for each referral (up to $220 referral rewards per calendar year) when successfully referring a paying client who purchases and pays for a Basic Package (Value $450.) or a package of greater value. 

When will this program end?

There currently is no end date, however, Hart Photography reserves the right to terminate and/or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

How many referrals can be made?

You can earn a max of $200 referral rewards credit per calendar year. The referral rewards annual limit begins with the date you are issued your first credit.

Who can I refer?

You can refer friends and family and corporate clients who are not currently or have been Hart Photography clients or who not previously contacted Hart Photography to set an appointment or ask for information.

When will the account credit be applied to my account?

Once you have claimed your reward, please allow for up to 4 weeks to receive the account credit. Please check back at the referral program to view your referral and credit status. If you still have questions you can email the referral program care by contacting Hart Photography in writing at Ellite@HartPhotography.Net and include Referral Program in the subject line.

Do referrals expire?

Referrals are valid for 90 days.

What can I do with my credit?

You can use your credit toward the services portion of your photo shoot. It is not valid toward products.

 Can I transfer my credit to a friend or family?

Referral credit must be used be the individual that is doing the referral. 

Terms and Conditions of Referral Program

Responses given above are incorporated by reference into this Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program.  Hart Photography reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Hart Photography Referral Program any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a credit or disqualify someone from the Program if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness the Program in any way. Credits cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this Program. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your account and participation in the Program. Terms & Conditions apply.  By participating in this Program, you agree to release and hold harmless us and any current, former and future affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Program (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Program. You further agree that the Program and credits are provided “as is where is”.
