Do you shoot Quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, Debutants, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?

Yes, these are all considered ‘event photography’ and we excel at event photography! You will have many hand edited portraits to choose from!

Can you help me decorate my home or office?

The Reveal Session is where you will get to see your images and choose the images you would like to add to your package.  You will have an opportunity to discuss wall art and Hart Photography will help you design and decorate your favorite rooms with custom wall art that will be ideal for your home or office!  

Do you sell wall art?

We have a wide variety of wall art options.  You can choose from printed matts, canvas portraits, acrylic prints, framed prints and much more.  

 Do you touch up the images?

Every image we deliver receives our unique signature style of post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone adjustments, and other corrections as determined by us.  Your images are wall art ready! (Note that all editing is done at the absolute discretion of Hart Photography.)

What should I wear for my photo session?

Need help choosing the right outfit?  We can help you find the perfect outfit for your photo session.  
 

When can I see my images?

Typically, two – three weeks after your photo session we will schedule your Reveal Session.  At the Reveal Session you will have an opportunity to choose which images you would like to purchase.  You can have an opportunity to see via our software, what your images will look like on your own walls.  You can choose wall art for your home and/or office, image boxes, matted prints.   

What if I want to see my images again after the Reveal Session? 

The Reveal Session is your opportunity to see your images and receive any discounts.  There is a $199. charge to retrieve your images from the archives after the reveal session appointment. 

Can I purchase my images online?

Hart Photography does not show images on-line for purchase.  Images for purchase are shown at the in-person Reveal Session where you will receive package discounts and other offers are available at that session.  

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.  The client is responsible for all shipping charges.


What’s your return policy?

You will have an opportunity to view your images prior to placing an order at the reveal session.  Once you have placed your order, there is a no refund, no return policy. 


Do you require a deposit at booking?

Yes, we require a $498. non-refundable deposit at the time of booking a session.  If the client does not show up at the scheduled time and place, they forfeit the $498. and will have to invest an additional $498. to book another session (which will be at Hart Photography’s discretion to accept another booking).  Waiting period prior to forfeit of deposit is 15 minutes from scheduled meeting time that was confirmed in writing. The booking fee does not include images. The booking fee covers our photo session time, preparation of your images for the Reveal Session and the Reveal Session appointment time.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes, a referral is your biggest way to say thank you!

 Terms of Service

Your use of Hart Photography services automatically constitutes your acceptance of these policies, procedures, and terms of service. “You” and/or “client” means the individual, organization, business or other legal entity for which you act. You represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind “you” and/or the “client” to the Terms of Service. You agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and client.  Any and all policies/procedures mentioned within the FAQ section are hereby incorporated by reference as a part of the Terms of Service.
