What’s your return policy?

You will have an opportunity to view your images prior to placing an order, however, once images leave our studio, digitally or physically, there is a no return and no refund policy.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.  The client is responsible for all shipping charges.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions during regular business hours.

Do you shoot Quinceaneras, Debutants, Bah Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?

Yes, these are all considered ‘event photography’ and we excel at event photography!

Do you touch up all the images?

Yes we do. Every image we deliver receives our unique signature style of post production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone adjustments, and other corrections as determined by us.
